Returns

We offer a 30-day return guarantee.

When returning anything, just make sure you have proof of purchase such as store receipt or confirmation email.

Make sure the item (and any free items that came with the product) are:

- unused (with any tags still attached)

- in original packaging

- in a resalable condition

All refunds will be processed within 14 days.

 

Exchanges

To exchange an item, email us with proof of purchase and you'll be able to exchange your order for the product you want, subject to availability.

 

Faulty items

Within 30 days of purchase or delivery, you may return a faulty product for an exchange or refund.

Within product’s guarantee period (normally 12 months from purchase or delivery): We will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault. Please email to

>[email protected]< to arrange your return. To speed up the process, please have your order number to hand before reaching us.

We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

 

Wrong or DOA Items

You must >email us< within 30 days of taking delivery of your product and request a return under this policy. We will provide you specific instructions on how to proceed with returning the goods back to us, and you may be eligible for a full refund if the following conditions are met.

1. Items that do not work straight out of the box (DOA)

2. Items that were not the item that you ordered (Wrong items)

3. The items that were returned are confirmed to be DOA or the wrong item after our inspection

Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories. The product must be returned to us within 14 business days of your request to return your product.

After we acknowledge your request, we will arrange a courier partner to pick up your return package from your listed delivery address and have the item delivered back to our warehouse.

However, if your item does not meet the aforementioned conditions, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your final refund amount.

 

Things to note:

- If you're returning a DVD, music or software product, it must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.

- If the item or packaging has been handled excessively, we reserve the right to reduce the amount we refund you.

- We might ask for the product serial number or similar, to check the item was supplied by us.

- We are not responsible for physical damage or loss of your parcel during return shipments.

- Any external network related issue (e.g. SIM Card, availability, coverage, service, range etc.) of mobile phones and tablets are not covered under Miagadget UK’s Faulty or DOA Return & Refund Policy.

- Any issues caused by the firmware, software, modification to operating system such as rooting and jailbreaking will not be covered by Miagadget UK’s Faulty or DOA Return & Refund Policy.

- Naturally, none of this affects your consumer rights.

Q: How long will my refund take?

A: All refunds will be processed within 14 days.

 

Q: What counts as proof of purchase?

A: Any of these:

- confirmation email

- e-receipt

- your order number

If you can’t find one of the above, don’t worry. We should be able to sort everything out if you have:

- your card/bank statement

- the email address used to buy your item

 

Q: Can I return my item if there's nothing wrong with it?

A: Absolutely! We offer a 30-day return guarantee on most items. All refunds will be processed within 14 days.

We’ll either refund or offer you an exchange.

You just need these 3 things:

- Your proof of purchase

- The item should be unused, in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition

- Any free items that came with your product unused and in a re-sellable condition

A few things to note though...

- If the item or the packaging has been handled excessively to assess the goods, we reserve the right to reduce the amount of refund to you.

Q: Do I have to return free gift vouchers or special offer products?

A: You’ll need to send back any freebies, special offer/ discounted products you got in conjunction with the original item. Otherwise, we’ll have to take it off the refund amount, sorry… For example, if you bought 2 items costing £5 each on a buy 2 for £8 offer and return only one, we’ll charge you £5 for the one you kept and refund you £3.

 

Q: Do I have to pay a restocking fee/ administration fee for my return?

A: No hidden fee will be charged for returning a product.
