7-1. To ensure that Miagadget's website experience is reliable and safe, there will be maintained that will take place. Maintenance will affect the accessibility and/or speed. We will take every step possible to ensure that this will occur as seldom and as short as possible in order to provide a more seamless experience to you. 8-3. Miagadget reserves the right to terminate accounts at their own discretion with no warning, as well as to cancel and refund any pending orders.
9. Site Content and User Comments
9-1. Miagadget will do all that we can to ensure that the information on the website is up to date and correct. However, there may be times that omissions, inaccuracies, or mistakes may occur. Miagadget reserves the right to amend the content in such situations.
9-2. Miagadget will act on a “takedown upon notified” statute. As Miagadget lists an extensive list of items, it is very likely that there is incorrect content in large amounts of text such as product descriptions. At times, this content sourced externally will have offensive phrasing that we will comply with and remove upon notification.
9-3. All content that you submit to us unless otherwise indicated, you agree to grant Miagadget, the nonexclusive and royalty-free rights to reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute the content throughout any media globally. You also grant Miagadget the ability to link you to the content submitted.
9-4. Rights to content submitted by you can be reserved by you if the content is accurate and does not breach any of our Terms. You agree to indemnify Miagadget if the content that you submitted was found to be unlawful or a breach of these Terms or Terms of external parties.
10. Shipping Information
10-1. Any order placed will be shipped to the address specified by the customer during the order process.
10-2. Any specified delivery time displayed on the website is for reference only. Miagadget cannot guarantee order delivery time. If any delay or loss occurs, Miagadget should not be held liable for direct or consequential, economic or loss of profits whether the cause is direct or indirect. The customer may not be able to terminate or rescind the contract due to any delivery delay or loss.
10-3. Any extraordinary, involuntary, and unforeseeable circumstances such as natural disasters, fire or water accidents, failure of computer systems, network, machinery, equipment, strikes and lockups, materials shortage, energy transportation as well as custom checks that can cause delivery delays or loss, Miagadget shall not be held liable or responsible for such delivery delay or loss whether direct or consequential, economic or loss of profits or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of any delay or loss in the order delivery.
10-4. In the event the customer did not receive the package, if the order is returned to Miagadget, Miagadget reserves the right to resell the product on a best off basis (net of stocking and marketing cost) account to the buyer for the excess over the price under the Contract provided the price has been paid in cleared funds in full or charge the buyer for any shortfall below the price under the Contract; or terminate the Contract and claim damages.
11. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
11-1. If the order is still in the processing status, the customer can request to cancel the order.
11-2. When the package is delivered, the customer can opt to return the product following the 30 days return policy.
11-3. Customers are encouraged or reminded to review the >Return & Refund< Policy when making an order at Miagadget.co.uk.
12. Warranty
12-1. All products include a 12-month warranty covered by Miagadget.
12-2. Extra 12 months Extended Warranty with the same coverage of standard warranty. For more details, please refer to >Extended Warranty<.
12-3. The Miagadget product warranty covers the product parts according to the manufacturer's specifications for the period as stated above from the invoiced date

13. Accuracy of content
We have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure that the information provided within this website is accurate; in particular that prices shown are correct at the time of publishing and that all items have been fairly described.
Whilst all reasonable effort has been taken to display items' colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will accurately reflect this.
We reserve the right to change at any time any of the details of the items on the site, including prices, colors and sizes.
14. Customs and Import duty
All items purchased on Miagadget.co.uk. come without additional fees upon delivery. The order price shown on the Checkout page is final. We ship with delivery duty paid which already includes the import tax.
15. Losses and Limitation of Liability
Miagadget's liability in contract, tort, or otherwise arising out of the subject matter of the contract shall not exceed the total value of the goods delivered under the terms.
Miagadget.co.uk will not be held liable or responsible for any losses you suffer as a consequence of us breaching the conditions if the losses were reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you started using the
website, or a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed. We do not take any responsibility and we are not liable for any damage caused through the use of products or services purchased through this website, be it
indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to damages for loss of business, loss of profits, interruption or the like).
16. Governing Law
By visiting and purchasing from the Miagadget.co.uk, you agree with these Terms and Conditions. All Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with Hong Kong Law.
17. Waiver
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to exercise our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions
18. Promotion Code
You can redeem your Promotion codes by entering your it in the supplied field at checkout. Where you use a valid promotion code, the following additional terms and conditions apply on the discounts:
18-1. Promotion codes will only be available within the conditions stated in the offer
18-2. Promotion codes are not refundable
18-3. Only one promotion code may be used per customer per transaction.
We reserve the right to end any Promotion codes at any time including prior to the advertised end date without notice.
